Honda has announced that it will recall 36,656 2006 and 2007 model year Civic Hybrid models due to a potential fault in the car's hybrid system. According to Honda, the DC to DC converter in the hybrid system can fail, causing the car to stall and the headlights to cease operation. Honda says that no injuries have been reported as a result of the problem.
